The Colorado State Wind Ensemble plays at the inauguration of Joe Blake as the first sole chancellor of the CSU System and Tony Frank as the 14th president of the university. Hundreds of faculty, staff, students, alumni, and friends gathered on the historic Oval on Sept. 17, 2009, to watch the ceremony.
