You may watch what you eat, but if you drink whatever you like, whenever you like, you may be consuming half of your daily calories from just liquids!
If you want the facts about your beverages, including alcohol, stop by the Wellness Zone in the LSC on Wednesday, April 9, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for "Ask the Dietitian."
Can't make it then? Stop by all week to pick up handouts about adequate beverage choices and proper hydration.
