The Lory Student Center Diversity Grant and the Zen Club at CSU is offering this class for free and we encourage everyone to drop-in...even if you have no experience.
Qi Gong (Chi-Gung) and Tai-Chi, beginning level – moving meditation exercises to assist us in becoming more centered, grounded and balanced.
