Employee Pay Advices available online

CSU Employees can obtain pay advices electronically at the following link from the CAP (Campus Administrative Portal)

1. Click this link: https://cap.is.colostate.edu
2. Log in with your eID name and password
3. Click “Register for Employee Self Service”
4. Open folder labeled “CSU Employee Self Service”
5. Select "Pay Advices" from list of options

Additional instructions can be found on the Human Resources website under What’s New (March 2009 section), or by visiting http://www.hrs.colostate.edu/datasys/ESSInstr.pdf.

Note:  If you are having difficulty access the Campus Administrative Portal, you will need to contact the computer tech or LAN manager for your department.

Effective in June, pay advices will no longer be printed and distributed.
