One step at a timeNo one will argue that Colorado has some of the best mountains in the world. A hike through the Colorado mountains inspired Katherine Lee Bates to write “America the Beautiful.”
Riding your bike in a Colorado state or national park is one of the best ways to experience Colorado. With hundreds of paved and unpaved roads for biking, it is sure to provide some of the most spectacular scenery in the state.
Water sportsThrill seekers can go rafting through some of the white water rivers of the Rocky Mountains. For the milder vacationer, sailing, canoeing, paddling, kayaking, and water-skiing is popular all over Colorado and rental equipment is readily available.
