Have you had a teacher/professor who has been an inspiration to you both inside and outside the classroom? Nominate your teacher/professor for the 2009 Best Teacher Awards, sponsored by the Student Alumni Connection, or SAC.

2009 Best Teacher Awards

The Colorado State University Alumni Association and its affiliate student group, the Student Alumni Connection, recognize outstanding Colorado State University educators each year with Best Teacher Awards.

Opportunity to express appreciation

Teachers may be nominated by students and alumni, and are selected by a committee comprised of members of the Alumni Association Board of Directors and Student Alumni Connection Leadership Council.

"The Best Teacher Awards program provides a unique opportunity for students to express their appreciation for those who have positively impacted their academic and personal lives," said Rebecca Lang, Student Alumni Connection past president.  

Nominations due by Feb. 1, 2009

Nominations are due by Sunday, Feb. 1, and selected recipients will be honored at the 14th Annual Best Teachers Awards dinner on Friday, April 3, 2009.
