Do you want to know how active you are? Want to increase your daily physical activity? Register for this free program online.

Walk 4 Wellness starts Sunday, Sept. 13 and tracking continues for seven weeks. Keep track of your steps online during the program using a pedometer. Keep track of other physical activity in minutes, which are automatically converted to steps and added to your daily step count!
Pedometers are $5, available at the CSU Health Network at the Lory Student Center or downstairs at the Health Promotions desk in the CSU Health Network at Hartshorn.
Prizes from local merchants will be awarded for:
A grand prize drawing will be held at the end for all who finish.
