Spring '09 Enrollment Limit (Capacity) Overrides in Math

Overrides for regular SP09 Mathematics courses which are currently full - not including PACe courses numbered MCC 117 to MCC 126 courses (i.e. course numbers MCC 130 and above) - will be accepted on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 - ONLY.

Requesting Overrides for full Mathematics Courses/Sections - Spring2009

These are Enrollment Limit (Capacity) Overrides ONLY. Students must complete any/all Prerequisites PRIOR to requesting an enrollment limit override from the department.

Students needing an enrollment limit override for full sections should attend the section for which they wish to register during the first one to two days, until the request for override can be processed by the department and students are able to register via RAMweb.

Report on Jan. 21

To request an override, students must report to 101 Weber ANYTIME between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2009.

NO PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO STUDENTS WHO SHOW UP EARLY; ALL requests will be evaluated and processed on Wednesday evening, by the Department Chair.

Notification of override approval will be made available during regular office hours on Thursday and/or Friday (before the add deadline of Monday, Jan. 26, 2009).

Personalized letters of approval available Jan. 22-23

Students will need to return to the Mathematics office (101 Weber) to obtain their personalized letter of approval on Thursday, Jan. 22, 2009, after 10 a.m.; but, no later than Friday, Jan. 23, 2009 at 4:30 p.m.

Once approved, the student MUST register via RAMWeb for the course/section for which they were granted the override, immediately (before registration closes on Monday, Jan. 26, 2009), to avoid late add penalties.
