Students, come learn how to cook yummy falafel and a lemon-basil pasta dish inspired by traditional Middle Eastern cuisine at the next cooking class with the CSU Health Network.

Did mom and dad forget to teach you how to cook? If you’ve wanted to try out one of our cooking classes, but you haven’t had the chance, now is the time!
In this final CHEFS class for the semester, you’ll learn how to cook falafel and a delicious lemon-basil pasta dish, both of which take hardly any time. You’ll also learn some nutrition basics and how to plan healthy meals and snacks. And, like all of our classes, you get to eat the food!
The Middle Eastern cuisine cooking class will be held Thursday, Nov. 12, from 5-6:30 p.m. in the Gifford Building, room 239.
Please register by Monday, Nov. 9 by calling CSU Health Network Health Promotions front desk at (970) 491-1702.
