'Mickey Mouse Monopoly' Nov. 10

You're invited to come and explore the world of media messages from Disney movies, from super heroes to music videos.

 Examining messages in Disney and the media

We will use a variety of interactive demonstrations including movies, music, magazine and internet ads, and toys to explore messages about gender and race that we're exposed to in U.S. culture.

We will also brainstorm ways each of us can send positive messages to others and ourselves.
