Join the Pre-Occupational Therapy Club for their next meeting on Tuesday in the Clark building. Members will also meet in the TILT building before the meeting to work on a community service project.
Everyone is welcome to attend the next Pre-Occupational Therapy Club general meeting at 5:30 p.m. in Clark C250. Valerie DiBenedetto, the director of Meals on Wheels will be there to accept the blankets the club has made for the program's clients.
The meeting will also host Jan Pima from Hearts and Horses, who will share information about their programs and how students interested in Occupational Therapy can be involved.
Before the meeting, members will meet at 4 p.m. in the club office in the TILT building, room B22 to make blankets to donate to Meals on Wheels, which will be presented to the program director at the regular meeting. Members who come to help with this community service project will recieve 15 points toward being eligible for an opportunity to shadow an occupational therapist in the spring.
