The Spring semester of Staying Alive has begun and we'd love for you all to join! Staying Alive is a pedometer program for faculty and staff aimed towards increasing physical activity throughout the campus.
Enjoy a healthier lifestyleStaying Alive is a pedometer program for the faculty and staff at CSU aimed towards increasing physical activity throughout the campus.
You can join as an individual or as a team and see where your fitness level stacks up against the rest of the staff.
Staying Alive works by creating personal online accounts for members to keep track of the number of steps or minutes of physical activity they log in a day.
As you become more aware of your fitness level, you begin to improve from a baseline number of steps, resulting in a healthier lifestyle every day.
The program cost is only $3. Membership includes access to the easy-to-use online tracker, weekly newsletters, and a chance to win great prizes at the end of the program.
Staying Alive starts Feb. 7, and the last day to sign up for the 10-week program is Wednesday, Feb. 10.
