Actor Gary Anthony Williams and free screenings of L.A. Comedy Shorts Film Festival works March 27

The National Society of Collegiate Scholars is partnering with the Tri Media Film Festival and ASCSU to provide free comedy screenings of several shorts from the L.A. Comedy Shorts Film Festival, one of the top 10 film festivals in the nation.

Q & A with Artistic Director Gary Anthony Williams

The free screenings will take place 8 p.m. Saturday, March 27 at the Lory Student Center Theatre. Following the films, Artistic Director Gary Anthony Williams will host a question and answer session.

Williams is also an actor, writer, film-maker, and Disney voice-over artist. He has acted in shows such as Malcolm in the Middle, The Factory, and Boston Legal.

Hottest, new comedic talent

The L.A. Comedy Shorts Film Festival and Screenplay Competition is dedicated to introducing the newest and hottest comedic talent to the industry, and to help them make the connections they need to take their careers to the next level.
