April 16, 2010
The purpose of the Pre-OT Club is to provide awareness of the current Occupational Thereapy profession, graduate schools with accredited programs, provide a support network for pre-OT students, as well as volunteer and community service opportunities.
Admissions representatives from St. Louis University, the University of North Dakota (Casper) and the University of St. Augustine Health Sciences will be on campus on Tuesday, April 20. They will have walk-in hours for students considering a graduate program in OT from 2 to 4 p.m. in TILT 221. All will also be on a panel of guest speakers for the Pre OT Club meeting.
The Pre OT club meeting will also be held that evening at 5:30 in TILT 221. This is a great opportunity to learn about their programs, admission procedures and what they look for in a competitive candidate. For more information contact Linda Stoddard.
