The Wellness Zone is back! We start our regular programming on Tuesday, Jan. 27.
The theme this week is "Getting Organized!"
Tuesday, 1:10-3:10 p.m.
Wednesday: 12-2 p.m.
Thursday: 12-2 p.m.
Friday: 12-2 p.m.
Tuesday, Jan. 27: The SEXPERT will be in 12-2 p.m. to talk about staying connected to your loved ones as life gets busier with school.
Wednesday, Jan. 28: Ever heard about stress creeping up when you are not looking? Come test your knowledge on the many myths that surround stress with the STRESSPERT on Wednesday, 12-2 p.m.
If you are looking for ways to stay fit on campus, the PHYSICAL TRAINER will be in on Wednesday, 12-2 p.m., to discuss that many options that are available.
Thursday, Jan. 29: Feeling overwhelmed by the class syllabus? Wondering how to organize your life effectively around work, academics, and your social life? Our STUDY-SKILLSPERT is your answer! She will be in 12-2 p.m. on Thursday to discuss some time management and study skills as you embark on the new semester.
Brainstorm with the PSYCHOLOGIST, Thursday 12-2 p.m. If you are struggling to find a topic for a paper you are writing, or feedback on a project you have started, come see our PSYCHOLOGIST!
