If you have fitness goals for the new year, the Student Rec is here to help you devise a plan that will work specifically for you!
Campus Recreation is here to help you become the best YOU, you can be! Attend a New Who, New You Workshop to get started on the right track.
Thirty minute workshops are packed with information about what YOU can do at the Student Rec to achieve your New Year goals. Five workout journals will be given out at each workshop!
Sessions are provided at the following times:
