Do you want to know how physically active you are? Would you like to increase you activity level this semester?
Student exercise programRecording your physical activity is the key to consistent and effective exercise. Join CSU’s student pedometer program and start working towards your physical goals today!
Walk4Wellness is a student exercise tracking program that records your activity through the use of pedometers. The object of the program is to increase your level of activity so that you can achieve your health goals.
Walk4Wellness begins Sunday, Feb. 1 and tracking continues for 7 weeks. A record of your minutes of exercise and overall steps for the week will be kept online, so you can track your progress at the program goes.
The first 100 students to join can recieve a FREE Walk4Wellness Step Counter. Step Counters can be picked up at the Wellness Zone in the LSC.
If interested in a pedometer, one can be purchased at Hartshorn Health Promotions front desk for $8 in the basement of Hartshorn.
