Beginning with fall 2010, Student Financial Services will begin sending notifications and financial aid information through RamWeb and the new electronic billing system.
Beginning in fall 2010, University Billing Statement e-mail notifications will be sent to students at their University e-mail address when monthly billing statements are ready to view on RAMweb.
Students can add additional e-mail addresses if they would like parents or other interested parties to receive eBilling notifications, view the statements, and pay online. To add additional e-mail addresses, students should go to RAMweb and select 'Change My eBilling Information'.
Parents and other interested parties may view billing statements at bursar.colostate.edu. To access the billing information, the parent e-mail address must have been added by the student.
Tuition/fees, residence hall charges, health insurance, and other fall charges can be viewed online starting in early August. Students may view billing information on RAMweb and parents view billing information at bursar.colostate.edu.
Fall financial aid, for which students and parents have met all requirements, will show as “authorized” on RAMweb in early August and will show as a credit to fall charges on Aug. 16.

Fall 2010 tuition/fees, residence hall charges, health insurance, and other fall charges will be billed mid-August and due on Sept. 10.
Any charges billed on a subsequent statement will be due on the 10th of the following month.
The first batch of fall semester direct deposit refunds will be in personal bank accounts on Thursday, Aug. 19. Mailed refund checks will be received starting Tuesday, Aug. 24.
Students can sign up for Ram Refund Direct Deposit on RAMweb.
Spring 2011 tuition/fees, residence hall charges, health insurance, and other spring charges will be available online starting in early January. Students view billing information on RAMweb and parents view billing information at bursar.colostate.edu.

A new CSU online payment site went live July 1. Students make online payments on RAMweb and parents and other interested parties make online payments at bursar.colostate.edu.
Electronic check payments will be accepted on the new payment site. There is no charge for an electronic check.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards will be accepted on the new payment site. A Portal Administration Fee of 2.25% and 75¢ fee per transaction will be charged by the vendor for each credit card payment.
