Campus Step Up is an opportunity for students to expand their awareness on issues of diversity and cross-cultural communication.
Students from the 2009 Campus Step Up focused on their perceptions of social justice, multicultural, and global issues.
You are invited to participate in Campus Step Up: a Social Justice Retreat, to be held Jan. 13 -15, 2011, at the Aspen Lodge in Estes Park (transportation, lodging, and meals are provided). We are looking for faculty, staff, and students to join us in this year's experience.
The retreat enables participants to spend time in a safe environment focusing on self-reflection, education, and personal growth regarding their perceptions of social justice, multicultural, and global issues.
Campus Step Up’s ultimate goal is to give students the skills to act on the issues and causes that they are most passionate about.
Submit your application before 5 p.m. Nov. 9 to the Student Leadership, Involvement and Community Engagement office in the Lory Student Center (behind the main floor information desk).
