Marathon Smart is a 12-week course that is designed for individuals who are preparing for a marathon or half marathon. The class leads directly up to the Fort Collins Marathon on May 3.
Each class will begin with an informational lesson followed by a group workout. Participants will be provided with a weekly training regimen. Educational topics include hydration, nutrition, strength training, over-training and even race day preparation.
Mondays and Thursdays
Feb. 2 – April 30 (12 weeks; No classes on March 16 and 19)
4-5:15 p.m.
