Come learn how to prepare and cook quick, healthy vegetarian dishes. In addition to cooking and eating some delicious recipes, you will become skilled at knowing what nutrients are especially important in a vegetarian's diet.

It is not required that you be a vegetarian to attend this class.
This class is part of our C.H.E.F.S. (Cooking Healthy Eats for Students) in Training Cooking Class series. Come have dinner with us and take home a cookbook with all of our C.H.E.F.S. in Training recipes.
The class will be held Thursday, Feb. 17 from 5 p.m.-6:30 p.m. in Room 239, Gifford Building.
