CSU Continuing Education got a makeover! After all, we've been around since 1967; it was time for a little facelift. Meet Colorado State University OnlinePlus- the same quality education, from the same expert faculty, carrying the same esteemed CSU reputation- with a fresh, modern look.

Colorado State University’s online student population has seen more than 100 percent growth since 2007. Ninety-two percent of those enrollments are for-credit classes, which is not “continuing education” as most people envision it.
In light of that, we decided that it was time to retool our look and market positioning to reflect the true nature of what we do: provide for-credit, CSU courses and degree programs geared toward working professionals, online or at a learning center across the Front Range.
We are not legally changing our name from Division of Continuing Education, but will be using the new OnlinePlus identity in all communications and operations.
“OnlinePlus represents our continuation of 40 years of excellence serving students off campus,” said Hunt Lambert, Associate Provost of Continuing Education. “It provides access to students who chose to learn at home, at work, or at locations more convenient than Fort Collins, and assures the quality of our CSU land grant research university programs.”
The new identity reflects two important ideas. First and foremost, we are Colorado State, the flagship research university campus of the CSU system. The only difference is that we tailor the reputable CSU programs to students who choose not to come to campus.
Second, we are not just online. The Plus reflects the fact that we also offer streaming video, classroom, hybrid and other distance teaching technologies according to the needs of students and the particular program.
Colorado State University OnlinePlus is just our new look; students can still expect the same quality education, from the same expert faculty, carrying the same esteemed CSU reputation.
