Get on board with Mortar Board, because it's more than just an honor society. Mortar Board chapters nationwide are honor societies comprised of students from a variety of different backgrounds and studies.

Its time to apply for the Tau Iota Omega chapter of Mortar Board National Honor Society, the premier honor society for college seniors. If you will have completed at least 90 credits by the start of Fall 2011 and have a GPA of at least 3.0, you are eligible to apply!
It's not just another honor society to build up your resume (though it does look great!) Mortar Board chapters nationwide are honor societies comprised of students from a variety of different backgrounds and areas of studies devoted to making a difference.
Mortar Board is completely student-run, meaning you have the opportunity to initiate projects to solve issues that are important to you on campus and in the community. Plus, you get to be surrounded by a group of students as passionate as you. Mortar Board looks for students devoted to scholarship, leadership, and service, and we want you to be a part of it.
