Celebrate this Wednesday by wearing your green and gold!
Giveaways, games help celebrate CSUGet your green on and celebrate I Love CSU Day Wednesday, April 18, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on the Lory Student Center Plaza.
Stop by the Alumni Association's table for:
"I Love CSU Day is a great opportunity to celebrate what you love about CSU by wearing green and gold and showing Ram Pride," said Beth Etter, director of communications for the CSU Alumni Association.
April 18 marks I Love CSU Day, and what better way to celebrate the momentous green and gold occasion than by a good, old-fashioned scavenger hunt?
Wednesday's Ram Quest will begin at 10 a.m. April 18 and end once the first 100 people complete the hunt and are deemed winners at the final destination, otherwise the hunt will end at 2 p.m. on April 18. Follow the clues and the first 10 winners will take home an I Love CSU Day prize pack and the first 100 winners will score a free CSU T-shirt. All clues will be posted on CSU's Facebook page on the morning of April 18.

Every year, the Alumni Association drafts a proclamation for the governor to sign, officially proclaiming I Love CSU Day as a state holiday.

WHEREAS, the Colorado State University Alumni Association, as part of “Celebrate Colorado State!” month, leads the celebration of "I Love CSU Day" to encourage and appreciate CSU Ram pride and campus traditions;
Therefore, I, John Hickenlooper, Governor of the State of Colorado, do hereby proclaim April 18, 2012, I Love CSU Day.
