The science of brewing

Without beer, many of our greatest advances in chemistry would not be possible. Join us for a delightful evening while you learn about the history and science of brewing with Nicole Garneau (Ph.D. ’09) chair and curator of the Health Sciences Department at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.  

Event supports CAM Forever Fund

The net proceeds from the Bottle Cap Match and the event go to the CAM Forever Fund, which supports CAM the Ram and the Ram Handlers.

Entertainment: Americana Soul

The country, folk, and rock band Constitution will be performing.

Constitution’s music is not unlike a good story. Sometimes serious, sometimes humorous – the whole time passionate – you'll be glad you took the time to check it out. Described as Americana Soul, Constitution will have you humming their tunes.
