The Human Performance Clinical/Research Laboratory in the Department of Health and Exercise Science is seeking volunteers to participate in a study of the effects of two drugs that may help people adjust to high-altitude quickly and prevent them from becoming ill.
Volunteers should be:
Benefits for study volunteers will include access to information pertinent to body composition and aerobic fitness. This study has the potential to identify strategies to improve physical performance and prevent sickness at altitude. Participants will also receive financial compensation for time spent in the laboratory.
Potential risks for study volunteers:
