Does a single bout of sprint training increase the total number of calories burnt in one day?
The Human Performance/Clinical Research Laboratory in the Department of Health and Exercise Science at CSU with The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking men to participate in a new study on sprint exercise.
Participation in this study will involve exercise testing, measures of body composition, sprint exercise, and a two-day stay in the whole room calorimeter at The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Denver.
Volunteers will receive financial compensation for participating in this study.

This study has been approved by the Institutional Review Board at CSU, and the Colorado Multiple Institutional Review Board at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
