As many of you may know, our university is growing, and Fort Collins vacancy rates have plummeted!
With an increasing number of international and transfer students, a steadily growing freshman class, residence hall construction and the recent High Park Fire relocations, the need to accommodate students wanting to live off campus has also grown.
CSU Rental SearchOff-Campus Life provides many resources for students and staff in need of housing. Among those resources, is the CSU Rental Search, an online rental listing service made exclusively for CSU students, faculty and staff looking to find a place to live or fill a vacant room in their home.
With our Rental Search site, landlords, property management companies and students and staff alike, at no cost, can do the following:
All you need to do is login with your eID and password, and access to our Rental Search is yours.
At this time especially, we encourage you to tell students who are in need of roommates to post on our site, or for faculty and staff to post their available rooms or rentals. We appreciate your help in spreading the word!
Whether you need a roof over your head, have a room for rent, or are looking for people to occupy a fully vacant property, Off-Campus Life can help fill your needs.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Off-Campus Life office at (970) 491-2248 or check out our website!
