The top spot for dining on the Colorado State University Campus - the Aspen Grille - has opened for the fall semester.
Operated by Hospitality Management students in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, the Aspen Grille is located in the University Club, on the upper level of the student center. The Aspen Grille is open to the public for lunch, Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
This fall, the Aspen Grille is offering several new menu items developed by students, faculty, and Chef Instructor Garrett Overlee. In addition, the restaurant is continuing its sustainability practices by adding Morning Fresh Dairy to its list of local food producers.
