News and stories submitted to Today @ Colorado State will be reviewed within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Approved items will be edited and posted in the order they are received. Events submitted to the calendar will be reviewed and approved within 72 hours (excluding weekends).

Guidelines for businesses & advertising

Businesses located on campus may be eligible to submit news items to Today @ Colorado State. Examples of on-campus businesses include the University Club, CSU Bookstore, and Catering Services, located in the Lory Student Center. [More]

Paid banner advertising opportunities are available for enitities on and off campus. [More]

What we are looking for

All items submitted for approval must be submitted by a registered student organization, CSU department or office, or other official CSU affiliated organization. Approved items will be placed into the appropriate category by the editor. [More]

Categories are listed below with examples of content.

• Campus News (announcements and news stories including people profiles, feature stories about research, announcements from the president, breaking university news)
• Events (all events, including dissertation and thesis defenses, must be submitted to the University Event Calendar to appear in Today @ Colorado State)
• Student Life (feature articles and news for students, student organizations, etc.)
• Working @ CSU (includes employee announcements such as HR and benefits information, training/development opportunities, obituaries, honors and awards, Everyday Heroes, etc.)
